Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  • In a blender, combine cottage cheese, milk, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour the blended mixture into the saucepan with the sautéed garlic. Stir well.
  • Simmer on low heat for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce is warmed through and slightly thickened.
  • Pour the sauce over cooked chicken and garnish with fresh herbs if desired. Enjoy!

Use full-fat cottage cheese for a richer flavor.
