Ingredients
  

  • 2/3 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup fresh pineapple chopped
  • 2- inch piece of ginger peeled and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon turmeric powder
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1 whole lemon juiced
  • 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon crushed black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the ingredients: Wash and chop the pineapple, onion, and ginger. Mince the garlic. Juice the lemon.
  • Blend everything: Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
  • Strain (Optional): For a smoother texture, strain the mixture using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth.
  • Store: Pour the blended remedy into a glass jar with an airtight lid and refrigerate.
  • Use: Take 1-2 tablespoons daily as a natural immune booster.

Notes

Straining is optional; leaving the pulp retains extra fiber and nutrients.
Adjust cayenne pepper if you prefer a milder or spicier remedy.
Best stored in a glass container to preserve freshness.
