Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets skin-on or skinless
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Fresh herbs like parsley or dill, for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the Air Fryer: Set your air fryer to 380°F (190°C) and preheat for 5 minutes 7.
  • Prepare the Glaze: In a small bowl, mix together Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper until smooth 6.
  • Season the Salmon: Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Lightly season them with salt and pepper on both sides.
  • Apply the Glaze: Brush each fillet generously with the honey mustard glaze, ensuring all sides are coated. Reserve some glaze for later if desired 5.
  • Cook in the Air Fryer: Place the glazed salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them for even cooking. Cook at 380°F (190°C) for 8-12 minutes, depending on thickness, flipping halfway through 8.
  • Check for Doneness: Use a meat thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C). If needed, cook for an additional minute or two 5.
  • Serve: Remove the salmon from the air fryer carefully. Drizzle with reserved glaze, garnish with fresh herbs and lemon wedges, and serve immediately 4.
