Ingredients
  

  • 2 salmon fillets 6 oz each
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp ginger grated
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes optional
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • In a small mixing bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, ginger, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  • Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and coat them with the marinade. Let them marinate for 15 minutes.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Lightly grease the air fryer basket and place the salmon fillets inside, skin-side down.
  • Air fry for 8-10 minutes, brushing with extra marinade halfway through, until the salmon is cooked through and flaky.
  • Drizzle with lemon juice before serving.

Notes

For extra caramelization, broil the salmon for 1-2 minutes after air frying.
Serve with steamed rice or roasted vegetables for a complete meal.
