  • 1 Skillet (for cooking ground beef)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough 8 biscuits
  • ½ lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for brushing
  • ¼ cup salsa for dipping
  • ¼ cup sour cream for dipping

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add taco seasoning and mix well. Let cool slightly.
  • Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of seasoned beef in the center.
  • Add a sprinkle of cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top.
  • Fold the edges of the biscuit dough over the filling and pinch to seal, forming a ball.
  • Lightly brush each ball with olive oil.
  • Place in the air fryer basket, ensuring they don’t touch.
  • Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Serve warm with salsa and sour cream for dipping.

Notes

For extra crispiness, spray the taco bombs lightly with cooking spray before air frying.
Experiment with different cheeses like pepper jack for a spicy kick.
Add diced jalapeños or black beans for extra flavor.
